PEABODY, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Peabody's North Shore Mall was evacuated Monday due to a potential gas leak, according to a spokesperson for the mall and the city's fire department.
A mall spokesperson said the potential gas leak was coming from the Macy's in the mall.
The mall was reopened later Monday evening.
