WAREHAM, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A 45-year-old man was killed in an overnight crash in Wareham, according to the city's police department.
Raymond Cardoza Jr., of Onset, was found dead at the scene of a two-car crash just after midnight Sunday on Charge Pond Road. Cardoza Jr. was driving south on Charge Pond Road and collided head on with another vehicle being driven by Richard Hollis, 35, of Wareham, according to police. Hollis suffered leg and hip injuries that were deemed serious.
Cardoza Jr.'s vehicle was on its roof when officers arrived at the scene.
The crash is still being investigated by the police department and the Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section.
