NH man arrested by SWAT after alleged criminal threatening

BARNSTEAD, N.H. — The New Hampshire State Police SWAT Unit helped Barnstead police arrest a man wanted on a warrant Thursday.

According to police, Paul Tasker, 39, had been involved in an incident earlier this week that involved alleged criminal threatening with a firearm.

Tasker was taken into custody Thursday morning at his home and charged with felony criminal threatening with a firearm, and felon in possession of a firearm among other charges.

Tasker is expected to appear in court Friday.
