NH man accused of pulling shotgun on TD Bank tellers arrested

MERRIMACK, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A 47-year-old New Hampshire man wanted in connection with the robbery of a TD Bank in Merrimack was arrested and arraigned Monday.

Frank Mione, 47, of Milford, N.H. has been charged with armed robbery and felon in possession of a firearm. He is being held on $250,000 cash only bail and is scheduled to appear in court for a probable cause hearing Sept. 6.

Officers responded to the TD Bank located at 300 Daniel Webster Highway for a reported armed robbery at about 5 p.m. Aug. 21.

Following an investigation, Mione was identified as a suspect and a search warrant was executed at his Milford home. During the search, detectives reportedly recovered evidence pertaining to the TD Bank robbery.

The suspect, later identified as Mione, entered bank armed with a short barreled shotgun, pointed the weapon at tellers, and demanded cash, authorities said. The tellers then reportedly handed the suspect an undisclosed amount of money.
