CONCORD, N.H. — A New Hampshire inmate walked away from a halfway house in Concord over the weekend, according to police.
Jacob Bouchard, 22, was expected to check-in by 8 p.m. Friday night after checking out to go to his mother's house for a family visit at 5. However, Bouchard didn't return and family said there was never a meeting planned with him.
Police say Bouchard was wearing a black cut-off T-shirt and basketball shorts, and was riding a white bicycle.
