NEWTON, Mass. -- Newton police are desperately searching for an 84-year-old man who wandered off from his home Monday afternoon.
Elio Vespa wandered off from his home on Elinor Road around 1 p.m. wearing a big brown winter coat, brown corduroy pants and a blue baseball hat with black dress shoes.
Police say the man could be in danger because of the extreme cold.
