NATICK, Mass. — Wegmans grocery has already started the hiring process for 225 full-time positions at its new Natick Mall location.
Scheduled to open next spring, the Natick store will employee about 550 people.
The space is in a former department store, with direct access to the mall. The supermarket will be on two floors and will include 100 seats for an in-store cafe. There will also be about 12,500 square feet dedicated to two restaurants.
There is a third floor of the department store and Wegmans said it is seeking "a complementary tenant" to fill the space.

The grocery is hiring for roles across the entire store, including entry-level management, customer service and those with culinary skills, such as line cooks and sous chefs.
