NASHUA, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) - While investigating drug distribution in Nashua, police allegedly seized 50 grams of crack cocaine and 20 grams of MDMA Thursday.
Police said they investigated the distribution of drugs by New Jersey resident Andre Mckinney and Pennsylvanian Nasah Johnson for several months. Police executed a search warrant Thursday and found 50 grams of crack cocaine, 20 grams of MDMA and a .45 caliber handgun with a laser sight.
Mckinney was charged with four counts of unlawful sale of a controlled drug (crack cocaine), unlawful sale of a controlled drug (MDMA), two counts of possession of controlled drug (crack cocaine) with intent to distribute, possession of controlled drug (MDMA) with intent to distribute and two counts of possession of controlled drug (marijuana).
Johnson was charged with unlawful sale of controlled drug (crack cocaine) in excess of one gram, four counts of criminal liability to unlawful sale of controlled drug (crack cocaine), criminal liability to unlawful sale of controlled drug (MDMA), possession of controlled drug (crack cocaine) with intent to distribute in excess of five grams, possession of controlled drug (MDMA) with intent to distribute, possession of controlled drug (crack cocaine) and possession of controlled drug (marijuana).
Mckinney and Johnson were each held on $100,000 cash bail, pending their Friday morning arraignments.
