On Tuesday morning, Nashua officers arrested 28-year-old Ricardo Montanez of Hudson and charged him with simple assault.

Police say the male driver and the woman behind him had some sort of altercation further down the road that exploded when both cars stopped at the light, and one car bumped the other. The video shows the tense moments that followed as the female driver flew through the air.

Montanez was released on $5,000 personal recognizance and will be arraigned on March 22.
