WORCESTER, Mass. – Police are investigating after a 2-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by her mother’s boyfriend.
Prosecutors say, 24-year-old Joshua Rezsnyak forced the girl to perform sexual acts on him in a car, near the Walmart in Worcester, all while her mother allegedly was taking pictures of the acts.
A downstairs neighbor said she rarely saw the baby girl.
Neighbors said the Rezsnyak had just moved into the home a few weeks ago.
“She doesn't let them come out. Never seen them outside in the summer never seen them come out the house,” Mary Lee Rosa said. “She’s a little girl, half the time I see her, she is always crying.”
According to court documents a witness reported the incident to police.
Rezsnyak and the girl's mother were both arrested.
