MALDEN, Mass. — UPDATE: Jake Kaplan has been found safely. Police say he had just walked away from a school program and just returned.
EMTs are checking him out as a precaution but Jake appears to be fine.
The search is underway in Malden for a 12-year-old boy who suffers from autism.
Jake Kaplan is four feet tall, weighs around seventy pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, a green Ninja Turtle hooded sweater, blue jeans and white sneakers.
