PLYMOUTH (AP) - Union workers at the Pilgrim nuclear power plant in Plymouth have voted to accept a contract proposed by plant owner Entergy Corp.
The Cape Cod Times reports that workers voted Sunday to ratify a new four-year contract after months of negotiations and a lockout.
The newspaper reports that leaders of Utility Workers Union of America Local 369 and the Louisiana-based Entergy reached a tentative deal on Friday.
Local President Dan Hurley says in a statement that he is "pleased" workers voted to accept the contract.
The plant owner says details of the new contract won't be disclosed.
Entergy had locked out members of that union at Pilgrim after contract talks broke down June 5. Negotiations had stalled over health care costs, salary and staffing.
