BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Defenseman Tomas Kaberle scored his first and only regular season goal as a Boston Bruin in a blowout game against the Montreal Canadiens on March 24, 2011.
The Bruins beat the Canadiens 7-0 in that game, with Zdeno Chara having three assists. The win left the Bruins five points ahead of second-place Montreal in the Northeast Division in a season that ended with the Bruins hoisting the Stanley Cup.
Kaberle was signed to a three-year deal by the Carolina Hurricanes in July 2011 after being signed by the Bruins at the trade deadline.
Kaberle currently plays for the Czech club HC Kladno.
