Man charged in Natick triple stabbing

NATICK, Mass. (AP) - An 18-year-old man is accused of stabbing three people following a dispute at a house party in Natick.

Ali Mohammad was arraigned on Tuesday in Framingham District Court on three counts of armed assault to murder. A judge ordered the Brockton man held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing scheduled for March 2.

Investigators say Mohammad had become argumentative during a house party early Tuesday morning and was asked to leave. They say he returned a short time later and a fight broke out. He allegedly pulled out a knife and began using it.

Three people suffered stab wounds. One of the victims was taken to a hospital with serious injuries. The other injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.

Police arrested Mohammad about a half-mile from the stabbing scene.
