Man arrested after Sharon jewelry store robbery

SHARON, Mass. — An Easton man has been arrested after a break-in at a jewelry story over the weekend in Sharon.

Police have charged Michael Meade, 25, with malicious destruction of property over $250, larceny over $250, and breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony.

The break-in happened Sunday and was posted on the Sharon Police Department’s Facebook page.

“We would like to thank everyone who shared and passed along our request to help identify this individual,” a release from the department said.

Meade is expected to appear in court Thursday.
