Ludlow, Mass. — A man has been arrested after Ludlow police said he indicated on Snapchat there would be a “shooting” at the high school.
Police said they were made aware of the social media threat from a Ludlow High School student.
After an investigation it was learned that Philip Manuel Costa, 24, was behind it. It was also determined that the threat was a hoax, and Costa was arrested at his home without incident.
