Wild, wild New Hampshire: Video shows cowboys wrangling bull that was on loose for days

PELHAM, N.H. — A group of cowboys successfully wrangled a bull that was running loose for three days in New Hampshire following a wild pursuit.

The stubborn bull broke loose from a farm in Pelham and proved difficult to rein in, according to the Pelham Police Department.

The farm owner sent some “real cowboys” to help police track the bull and it turned out to be a scene right out of the wild west.

Video shared by police showed the cowboys riding horses with lassos as they chased after the bull during the Wednesday evening commute.

In a Facebook post, police said, “Corporal Kelly, Officer Russo, Officer Brown, Officer Simes, Officer Peters and Detective Vieira all did an excellent job supporting the cowboys, controlling traffic and protecting the streets and the citizens while all of the excitement unfolded.”
