Smile for the Camera! Crews spotted filming part of a movie on the Tobin Bridge

BOSTON — Smile for the camera as directing crews were spotted on the Tobin Bridge Sunday afternoon filming part of a movie.

A vehicle equipped with a mounted camera was filming a red 70s-era sports car along I-93 between Boston and Chelsea.

MassDOT said on Friday they did not have any information to share about the movie or who is starring in it but the red sports car filming today is similar to the one Liam Neeson was spotted with just a few weeks ago.

Lisa Tarabelli snapped photos of Neeson working on a movie set outside of the Dollhouse Museum on Walpole Street in Norwood on November 5.

Actor Liam Neeson was spotted in the Bay State filming for the production of “Thug,” which is about an aging gangster who attempts to reconnect with his children and rectify the mistakes in his past, but the criminal underworld won’t loosen its grip willingly, according to IMDB.

Scenes for the movie were also shot on the campus of Northeastern University, as well as Winthrop the North End, and Allston.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates as more information becomes available.
