MEDFORD, Ma — Tufts University was evacuated Monday morning after a reported bomb threat, the school’s fourth reported public safety threat in six days.
Tuft Police announced at 12:30 p.m. that the Medford/ Somerville campus was under an evacuation order.
Bomb squads are searching the following buildings according to Tufts officials.
Tilton Hall
Lewis Hall
Haskell Hall
Metcalf Hall
Kappa Alpha Theta
Barnum Hall
Houston Hall
Tufts University was also evacuated on December 14 and December 15 for reported bomb threats. A third public safety threat on December 16 was also reported. Although the campus was not evacuated, classes were disrupted.
