Update: Transit Police arrest suspect who removed clothes, committed ‘lewd’ act on Red Line train

BOSTON, Mass. — The Transit Police Department have arrested a man accused of taking off his pants and underwear and committing a lewd act in front of passengers on a Red Line train last Thursday.

43-year-old Walter Horsley of Boston was arrested as his home yesterday. Horsley is accused of boarding a train at Ashmont Station just before 11:00 a.m. on April 21 and exposing himself to multiple other passengers whilst committing an incident of open and gross lewdness.

He will be arraigned at a later date.
