LONGMEADOW, Mass — State police are investigating a fatal crash on Route 91 North in Longmeadow.
According to State police, Troopers responded to a multiple-vehicle crash on Rt 91 North in Longmeadow, just inside the Conn. line.
The crash resulted in a fatality and 3 others injured.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
