Police: Stoughton middle school student hospitalized after ingesting marijuana edible

STOUGHTON, Mass — Stoughton police responded to the town’s middle school Wednesday afternoon after a student there reportedly ingested marijuana.

The department received a 911 call at 1:07 p.m. for the student experiencing symptoms of possible marijuana ingestion.

Police tell Boston 25 News the department’s school resources officer was in the building at the time. An ambulance was sent to O’Donnell Middle School.
