BARNSTABLE, Mass. — One person was killed and several others injured in a three-vehicle crash including a bus from the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority on Tuesday.
Barnstable Police responded to Old Stage Rd. near Carleton Ln. in Centerville just before 5 p.m. for reports of a crash.
Upon arrival, officers located one of the drivers, a 39-year-old male from Centerville, unresponsive and began to perform CPR on him. Police say he was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Two other people were transported to Cape Cod Hospital with injuries.
The Barnstable Police Department Crash Reconstruction Team is investigating the fatal motor vehicle accident.
