Pedestrian hospitalized after hit-and-run in Charlestown

CHARLESTOWN, Mass — One person has been hospitalized after a hit-and-run in Charlestown.

According to Boston Police, around 2:07 a.m., officers responded to 629 Main Street in Charlestown for a report of a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle

Upon arrival, the vehicle has fled the scene.

The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing.
