NH man facing multiple felony charges for possession of child sexual abuse images

JAFFREY, N.H. — A 28-year-old man is facing multiple felony charges after investigators allegedly discovered images of child sexual abuse.

According to authorities, on Tuesday, August. 4, 2026, members of the ICAC Task Force, including investigators from the New Hampshire State Police, Derry Police Department, and Jaffrey Police Department, executed a search warrant at a residence on Hadley Road in Jaffrey.

According to authorities, the investigation began after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children’s CyberTipline provided information that prompted investigators to open the case.

Following the investigation, police arrested Sebastian Fogg, 28, of Jaffrey, charging him with five felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images.

Fogg was transported to the Cheshire County Jail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Jaffrey District Court.

As with all criminal cases, the charges are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
