NH couple files lawsuit against Eataly after wife slips on prosciutto

BOSTON — A New Hampshire couple is suing a popular Boston eatery in the Prudential Center after a woman slipped on a piece of meat.

According to court documents, Alice Cohen is suing Eataly for $50,000 after she slipped on a piece of prosciutto and fractured her ankle.

This allegedly happened last October 7, 2022 and paperwork claims the couple was visiting the shops and enjoying free samples when the woman slipped on the prosciutto.

The couple is suing Eataly for negligence and costs for treatment and care.
