BOSTON — Authorities are investigating a shooting in Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood on Thursday that sent one person to the hospital.
Officers responding to the area of 7 Elwyn Road around 8:30 p.m. for a report of a shooting found an adult male victim who had sustained a gunshot wound, according to police.
The man was transported to Boston Medical Center. Their condition is unknown at this time.
No arrests have been made. A description of a suspect was not immediately available.
The incident remains under investigation.
