Man facing DUI charge after crashing SUV through windows of New Hampshire building

MANCHESTER, N.H. — A man was arrested late Monday night after police say he crashed his SUV through the windows of a building in New Hampshire.

Luis Rosario Rodriguez, 41, is facing a charge of aggravated DUI in connection with a crash in Manchester, according to the Manchester Police Department.

Officers responding to a report of a crash at 1279 South Willow Street around 11:30 p.m. found a 2018 Honda CRV lodged inside a business on the Gold Street of the building, police said.

Employees told officers they had been in the breakroom when the vehicle suddenly came through the building.

A 47-year-old woman was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. The driver, later identified as Rodriguez, suffered a small cut above his left eye.

The building houses businesses including the Revo Casino, Concentra Urgent Care, and the South Side Tavern.

The crash remains under investigation.
