Man arrested after deadly stabbing at Worcester rooming house

WORCESTER, Mass. — Worcester police are investigating a deadly stabbing at a rooming house that took place early Thursday morning.

Officers responded to the reported stabbing at a rooming house on Catharine Street around 4:11 a.m, and found a man suffering from stab wounds.

The man was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police located another man at the rooming house and placed him under arrest.

Police say the attack is an isolated incident and there is no danger to the public and is still under investigation.
