Lucky scratch: Mass. trustee claims $4M won on lottery ticket sold in Tewksbury

BOSTON — Imagine waking up $4 million richer.

That happened to a Massachusetts lottery player recently.

Nary Lim, trustee of the Nary Lim Living Trust of Lowell, has claimed the third and final $4 million instant grand prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$4,000,000 Gold 50X” instant ticket game, lottery officials said Thursday.

The trustee chose the annuity option for the prize, and received its first annual payment of $200,000, before taxes.

The winning ticket was purchased at 1899 Smoke Shop, 1899 Main St. in Tewksbury.

The store will receive a $40,000 bonus for the sale of this ticket.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates as more information becomes available.
