BOSTON — Travelers flying through Logan Airport could soon see major upgrades at Terminal C.
According to Massport, its board has authorized staff to begin negotiating with JetBlue and development partners on a proposed $1 billion renovation of Terminal C at Logan Airport.
The renovation would include expanded gate areas, new seating, additional shopping and dining options, and other improvements designed to enhance the passenger experience.
The proposal is still in the negotiation stage, and officials say the final details are expected to be worked out over the next few months.
Once negotiations are complete, the plan will return to the Massport Board for a final vote before any project moves forward.
