HAVERHILL, Mass. — Four people have been arrested after a shooting in Haverhill that triggered a large police response.
Police say Riley Quinn, age 18, Timothy Mossey, age 18, Juan Figuerao, 23, and Richard Santana, age 25, have been arrested after Haverhill officers found the area around Emerson Street and Welcome Street littered with shell casings around 11:30 a.m.
Police say residents reported property damage, but no one was hurt.
Billy Symonovit says he was in his car when the bullets struck his car. Fortunately, he wasn’t shot, but his car was damaged.
The four men are expected to face multiple firearms-related and assault charges.
They will be arraigned in Haverhill District Court on Friday.
