SOUTH WEYMOUTH, Mass. — A full-circle moment for one South Shore nurse who helped deliver a baby for a woman she delivered 30 years ago.
Maura Trieber has been a part of South Shore Hospital’s Birthing Unit for 40 years.
“Maura’s dedication has touched generations and recently came full circle in the most heartwarming way,” South Shore Health said in a statement.
30 years ago, Trieber was Carol Worley’s nurse as she welcomed her daughter Shawn into the world. Recently, Trieber was there for Shawn as she delivered her own daughter, baby Norah.
Norah is also Worley’s first grandchild.
