WORCESTER, Mass. — As Massachusetts prepares for the first few flakes of the season, people are also seeing an increase in prices on typical winter items including salt and shovels. Ongoing shortages and issues with the supply chain continue to cause issues.
One local storage manager said every single item in his hardware store has increased in price as he works to keep supplies in stock and maintain customers.
