LOWELL, Mass. — Police have reopened the James O’Donnell Memorial Bridge in Lowell after “public safety operations” on Tuesday afternoon.
The bridge carries School Street over the Merrimack River.
A large fire and police presence was seen in the area.
Residents were asked to seek alternative routes.
