HUDSON, N.H. — A Massachusetts woman has been arrested following an investigation into allegations that she shared private sexual images of another person on social media without the victim’s consent, authorities announced Friday.
Stacey Musgrave, of Billerica, was extradited to New Hampshire and transferred to the custody of the Hudson Police Department to face a felony charge of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images, according to investigators.
Hudson police said the investigation began on Aug. 14, 2025, when an adult victim reported learning that private photographs of her had been posted online.
According to investigators, a Hudson police officer reviewed a screenshot of a Facebook post that allegedly included an identifying photograph of the victim, a private sexual image, and disparaging remarks directed at her.
The victim told police the images had been stored on another person’s cellphone and that she had not consented to Musgrave obtaining or sharing them.
Investigators also documented a separate social media message allegedly sent by Musgrave that contained a photograph of the victim’s home along with more derogatory words.
Police ultimately obtained an arrest warrant for Musgrave. She has since been processed and released on personal recognizance bail.
Musgrave is slated to face a judge in Nashua’s 9th Circuit Court in September.
