6-year-old taken to the hospital after falling from third-story window in Roxbury

A six-year-old was taken to the hospital on Thursday after falling from a third-story window in Roxbury, according to the Boston police.

The incident occurred around 5:51 PM when police responded to 113 Regent Street in Roxbury to reports of a child who fell from a third-story window.

Once there, officers found the child, who was conscious and alert, and was taken to a local hospital.

No further details were given, and an investigation remains ongoing.
