BOSTON — Suffolk County District Attorney Rachel Rollins will not face disciplinary action for a parking lot run-in with a Dorchester resident, according to a State Ethics Commission letter obtained by 25 Investigates’ Ted Daniel.
The letter was sent to Katie Lawson, the complainant. In it, the Commission indicates that after a review of the incident and allegations it has determined “the matter doesn’t warrant further action by this office.”
In January, Lawson told 25 Investigates that Rollins activated the lights and emergency horn on her government-issued vehicle and threated to ticket her following a run-in at the South Bay Mall.
25 Investigates reached out to Rollins’ office for comment but did not hear back by our deadline.

The Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office also looked into the case and cleared Rollins before referring it to the Ethics Commission.
