Lanes on I-95 reopened after maple syrup truck rollover

MANSFIELD (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) A tractor-trailer carrying maple syrup rolled over on I-95 north on Wednesday.

The rollover occurred near the Route 495 south exit in Mansfield at about 2:30 p.m.

SKYFOX was over the scene at 3 p.m. as crews put down sand at the scene to clean up fuel that spilled into the highway and the adjacent on-ramp.

The incident caused extensive delays during the afternoon commute. Two lanes of the highway were shutdown during cleanup. They were re-opened by 5 p.m.

There is no word on if there were any injuries or what caused the truck to roll over.
