COLORADO SPRINGS — A landlord in Colorado Springs is accused of having sex in a tenant's apartment.
The people who live there caught Carlos Quijada on tape when they got a security alert saying someone was inside their home.
One of their security cameras was set up in the bedroom, showing the landlord having sex on their bed.
While the lease says the landlord has a right to enter, police are calling this felony trespassing.
"I guess the first thing that went through my mind was like complete and utter disbelief," tenant Logan Pierce said.
Quijada is also charged with misdemeanor obscenity.
