NANTUCKET, Mass. — Attorneys for actor Kevin Spacey want his latest accuser to identify himself.
Spacey's lawyers filed a motion to dismiss a sexual assault case against him unless the accuser comes forward.
The plaintiff is a massage therapist who says the former "House of Cards" actor assaulted him while he was working at Spacey's home in 2016.
Last month, Spacey pleaded not guilty to assault allegations made by the son of former Boston news anchor Heather Unruh.
Spacey's team claims allowing the accuser to remain anonymous violates federal law.
Unruh's son says the actor repeatedly touched him inappropriately at a bar in Nantucket in 2016.
