BOSTON — Jetblue is set to offer flights to Cuba for the first time in 50 years.
The company announced Friday, the U.S. Department of Transportation granted them permission to fly between the U.S. and Cuba, with whom the U.S. recently lifted a long-standing trade embargo.
The company’s flights will be offered daily from Fort-Lauderdale to the Cuban cities Santa Clara, Camaguey and Holguin.
