HOUSTON — A nurse channeled his inner Disney star to help put a smile on the face of a young cancer patient. The nurse's performance went viral after the little girl's dad posted the video on Facebook.
The nurse said he started singing to her when she couldn't fall asleep.
"These kids go through so much," Waterhouse said. "It just feels so good to put a smile on their face and make them maybe forget, 'Oh, I'm still in the hospital.'"
Waterhouse has no singing experience and used to be an accountant before quitting that job to go back to school to become a nurse.
