The 33-year-old man from Southbridge has been charged with six counts of assault and battery on a child and one count of disturbing the peace.
He is accused of pulling girls by their hair or clothing, as well as kissing them on their cheeks.
The alleged assaults are believed to have happened in the cafeteria area of the club while the suspect was working. All of the victims are minors.
Boston 25 News asked the Boys and Girls Club about the incident they sent the following statement:
“Boys & Girls Club of Webster Dudley has learned that a staff member recently violated Club policy. Upon learning of the accusation, the Club took immediate action. The staff member has been terminated, the parents of the minors who expressed concern over the staff member’s behavior were notified. Boys & Girls Clubs of Webster Dudley also contacted law enforcement and are cooperating fully with their investigation into this matter.

Police say the former employee will be summoned to court for a show cause hearing before a magistrate, likely in October. Should sufficient evidence be found, he will be scheduled for an arraignment.
He has not been identified.
