No one was hurt when flames devoured a home in Randolph on Monday morning, said the fire chief.
The fire broke out around 10:30 a.m. on Amelian Road.
Randolph fire operations chief Richard Donovan said a woman and her two children live there, but they were not home at the time.
Firefighters arrived and smoke and fire were already coming out of the home's rear, said Donovan.
The home is heavily damaged.
The cause is under investigation.
