BROCKTON, Mass. — FBI agents were searching a Brockton home for hours Friday.

The street reopened to traffic before 4 p.m., but it was roped off as agents focused on 100 Sharon St.

The agents used at least one dog in their search and it appeared they were using metal detectors in the backyard.

An FBI spokesperson said they were conducting court-authorized activity in connection with an ongoing federal investigation.

SkyFox video showed some agents wearing gang task force coats, others wearing evidence recovery team coats.

No additional details were immediately available.
