LYNN, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- The father of two boys who were severely burned while taking a bath in Lynn is now reportedly suing.

According to the Salem News, Joseph Young has filed suit against the Affordable Housing Associates of Lynn. In the suit, Young claims the water heaters in his apartment building were set 19 degrees above the legal limit. He is seeking at least $500,000 in damages.

Three-year-old Leland and two-year-old Landon were taking a bath together when they were scalded. Their babysitter admitted to walking out of the room while the boys were in the water.
