SAUGUS, Mass. — The right travel lane is closed on Route 1 southbound at York Ford in Saugus following a single vehicle accident.
According to Massachusetts State Police, the crash may have been because of a medical incident as the driver faced serious injury.
There is no significant traffic backup at this time.
