BOSTON — A 24-year-old Dorchester man was arrested Saturday for a murder that happened nearly a year ago, according to Boston Police.
An investigation led the Boston Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit to track down Marcus Ambroisio this weekend.
According to police, Ambroisio is responsible for the death of Gregory Phillips, 25, who was found shot in Mattapan last December.
In a release, police said Phillips was found shot just before 10 p.m. December 10, 2018 in a car on Savannah Avenue.
At the time, police told the media they were searching for a maroon van seen driving away from the scene.
