WORCESTER, Mass. — Cell phone video from outside of a club in Worcester showcased a wild arrest from Sunday.
Police say two brothers put up a fight after being asked to leave the club, and a battle began.
Worcester Police arrested 23-year-old Mitchell Lugo and 27-year-old Zachary Lugo after a fight outside of the club, and after the two got combative with responding officers.
One witness says she was there, and posted video of the incident on Facebook.
The video appears to show officers struggling to subdue the brothers, throwing punches.
Investigators say Mitchell Lugo shoved an officer, before the struggle began.
"Mitchell Lugo pushed Officer Mason, and then began grappling with him, attempting to pull him into a headlock," the police report read. "Zachary Lugo attempted to punch Officer Mason with his right fist, attempted to reach for his firearm in an attempt to disarm him."
One person said the incident makes him question if he'd want to go back to the club.
"It was my first time there, and oh man, I had such a good time," Southbridge resident George Gomez said. "But, wow, makes me have second thoughts about wanting to go again."
Boston 25 News found several reports involving the club, including a 2015 melee leading to seven arrests, and a shooting last May where a man was shot twice in the legs.
